Check-in and check-out
- Arrival time is agreed before the stay according to host availability.
- Check-out must take place by the agreed time, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
- For organizational reasons, any delay should be communicated as soon as possible.
Guests and documents
- All guests must be communicated when sending the request and registered according to local regulations.
- Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.
- A valid ID may be requested at check-in for each guest.
Use of the apartment
- The apartment must be used with care, respecting furniture, amenities and shared areas.
- Any damage, breakage or malfunction must be reported promptly.
- Furniture, linen, equipment or objects provided in the apartment may not be removed.
Quiet hours and building respect
- Please respect quiet hours in the evening and at night, generally from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Parties, events and loud music are not allowed.
- Stairs, lifts, entrances and common areas must be kept clean and clear.
Smoking, pets and safety
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Pets are allowed only if agreed and confirmed before the stay.
- Dangerous substances or unauthorized appliances that may create risk are not allowed.
Cleaning and waste
- The apartment is delivered clean and tidy; please leave it in respectful condition.
- Waste must be disposed of according to the host and building instructions.
- Dishes and kitchen areas should be left tidy after use.
Access and responsibility
- Access instructions are shared before arrival and must be used only by registered guests.
- If damage is caused by improper use of the apartment or its amenities, restoration costs may be charged.
- A stay request is not a confirmed booking until explicitly confirmed by the host.
